The first thing to do is check your tracking link, sent via email when your order is dispatched. That will tell you where your order is or was last scanned.
Occasionally, there are delivery delays with couriers that are outside of our control. However, if your order tracking is showing your order has been in transit for more than a reasonable amount of time, we are here to help.
